Budget Helmet Intercom System (Philippines) | Noeci GoCom4

Hey there fellow riders, today I’ve got something exciting to share with you all. I recently got my hands on the NOECI GoCom4 4-rider Helmet Wireless Bluetooth Intercom System, and let me tell you, it’s a game-changer for group rides.

Product Specs:

Now, let’s dissect the technical specifications. The GoCom4 is armed with the latest Bluetooth technology, sporting Bluetooth 5.1 and Qualcomm chips to ensure a robust and reliable connection. It seamlessly supports A2DP, AVRCP, HS/HF protocols and offers a 4-way Bluetooth intercom mode.

Intercom Distance:

It’s important to note that while the manufacturer claims a 1500-meter range for all four connected units, our real-world testing revealed the presence of interference noise at around 800 meters. Hence, it’s advisable to consider this factor when gauging the system’s range.

Working speed:

The Noeci GoCom4 is advertised to work up to speeds of 120 km/hour, but we didn’t quite reach that mark. But here’s the deal – at 100 km/hour, I could still hear my back ride loud and clear, and I hadn’t even cranked the volume up to 100%. So, it’s safe to say that this intercom system has got your back during spirited rides.

Standby Time

Now, standby time – we haven’t personally tested it, but the manual states a jaw-dropping 480 hours. That’s weeks of standby time, folks. You can leave it idle and not worry about it going dead on you.

Music Sharing:

One standout feature is the music sharing. Yep, you heard that right. You can share your tunes with your riding buddies or your passenger, and trust me, that’s a game-changer. Sharing the soundtrack of your journey is something special.

Price

Now, let’s talk price. With all these fantastic features, you’d expect a hefty price tag, right? Well, here’s the kicker – the NOECI GoCom4 comes in at around Php2,000, making it incredibly affordable, especially for new riders who want to stay connected without breaking the bank.

Noeci GoCom4 Review:

Now, there’s one minor drawback to be aware of – the voice prompt. It sounds a tad robotic, giving you that AI-vibe. But hey, it’s a small trade-off for all the awesomeness this intercom system brings to the table. And let’s not forget, it’s a massive upgrade from the old intercom systems we used to deal with.

In conclusion, the NOECI GoCom4 is a serious contender in the world of Bluetooth intercom systems. It’s packed with features, offers great value for money, and despite a minor voice prompt quirk, it’s a fantastic addition to any rider’s gear collection. So, whether you’re a seasoned rider or just starting out, the GoCom4 has your back. Ride safe, stay connected, and as always, keep the rubber side down. Until next time, throttle on!

Noeci GoTalk4

Before we wrap up this review, I have an additional piece of exciting news to share. NOECI, the innovative minds behind the GoCom4, also sent us another noteworthy headset – the NOECI GoTalk4. Now, the GoTalk4 is cut from the same cloth as the GoCom4, offering impressive functionality, but there are a couple of distinctions worth noting.

First and foremost, the GoTalk4 is notably more budget-friendly than its sibling, the GoCom4. This affordability makes it an attractive option, especially if you don’t have friends who share your passion for riding. Since it offers similar top-notch Bluetooth communication capabilities, it’s a smart choice for solo riders or those who primarily ride with just one companion.

While the GoTalk4 retains the same high-quality Bluetooth technology, including Bluetooth 5.1 and Qualcomm chips, it doesn’t include the music sharing feature found in the GoCom4. So, if you’re more focused on enjoying your ride solo or with one riding buddy, the GoTalk4’s lower price tag might make it the ideal choice.
